It Just So Happens…

So, you know my book, Every Little Thing: Making a World of Difference Right Where You Are? Well, it just so happens there’s a whole product line to go with it.

OK. Not really.

But, the Everlasting Light line over at DaySpring really is a perfect fit for the message of the book and for the book cover design.

Over a year ago, the Incourage team of writers took a trip to Northwest Arkansas, where we met at the DaySpring headquarters. While we were there, we got a sneak peek at some products DaySpring was planning to release, sometime in the future. Among the products unveiled that weekend, were some from the Everlasting Light line. At that point, there was no way any of us could know that I’d be writing a book whose cover design included a bunch of yellow stars. But, the future has arrived, and it includes stars!

In celebration of the October 6th launch of Every Little Thing (let’s call it, ELT for short), Incourage and DaySpring are giving away five ELT gift sets! While DaySpring was in Arkansas, dreaming up starry accessories for your home and mine, the people at Baker Books were talking with some of the people at ViBella Jewelry. The ViBella jewelry artisans in Haiti have been working to create two custom designs, specifically for ELT! ViBella’s new catalog launches this Thursday, but here’s a sneak peek at the pieces they’ve created for us!

 

 

These ELT features — the Alexandra and Kyla bracelets — will be unveiled at Allume, and available on the ViBella website in late October. If you’ll be at Allume this year, I hope you’ll stop by and say, “Hi!” and consider purchasing one of these beautiful bracelets. Tickets to Allume are still available, and I’d love to meet you there and hear your story.

Each time you purchase one of these bracelets from ViBella, you’ll be helping provide jobs for women in Haiti, and education for their children. And, you’ll give ViBella the opportunity to invest more dollars into the Haitian communities of the ViBella artisans in that country. Which is exactly the kind of every day, ordinary gesture that makes a huge difference in the world, for good!

This launching of the book has been the absolute most fun part of the whole book-writing thing, so far.
